Cancellation policy
Non-Refundable
All bookings made for our villa are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, the full payment is required and is non-reimbursable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of travel plans
- Illness or personal emergencies
- Weather-related disruptions
- Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment in the event of unexpected changes or cancellations.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this non-refundable cancellation policy.
Climate Resilience Tax
Starting from January 1, 2024, in compliance with Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, known as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, will be implemented.
What You Need to Know:
- Effective Date: The fee applies to all bookings with a check-in date after January 1, 2024.
- Fee Details: This fee is charged per night. For Villas like Deos, the amount is €15.00 per night from April to October.
- Collection Process: The fee will be collected from guests upon check-in. Please be aware that this fee is mandatory as per the new legislation.
